Data Surveys

By combining its wide experience in data collection, data entry and data management services with modern technology and strict field protocols and discipline, DataVision has changed the data collection landscape in Tanzania.

We collect Data or information physically in the field with highly efficient tools for data collection followed direct/seamless data flow from the field either paper or paperless depending on clients’ requirements.

Paper Data Collection: The conventional approach involving data collection via physical questionnaire (paper-based) followed by data entry after the survey completion.

Paperless Data Collection: An approach, which is more time-efficient, and accurate data collection approach using tablet devices to collect data on the field and assisted with seamless communication between the device and the server.

DataVision developed Tikiti® which is an in-house paperless data collection application developed using web and mobile technologies. The application enables data to be collected using electronic devices and sharing via web.

Another data collection solution is our Data Call Centre for Phone Call Services.

Assisted Data Collection Tools

DataVision has an in-depth experience of conducting Research and Surveys using a range of skills depending on the client’s requirements from full conventional approaches to web based and mobile surveys. Therefore, assisted Data Collection Tools assist in minimizing the errors, which are associated with paper-based data collection approaches and have proven to save more time due to its seamless flow of data from the field to the servers hence eliminating the data-entry phase. Some of the Assisted Data Collection Tools are:
